Our sponsorship model is designed for partners who already serve—or have immediate access to—individuals in need of residential or supportive services and wish to do so without the administrative burden of maintaining their own license. Sponsors operate under our license and compliance framework, allowing them to focus on service delivery, quality outcomes, and person-centered care.
Sponsorship Structure
License Utilization: Sponsors operate fully under our active health services license.
Compliance & Oversight: We provide regulatory compliance guidance, documentation standards, and operational oversight consistent with state and federal requirements.
Operational Support: Access to established policies, procedures, quality assurance systems, and administrative infrastructure.
Collaborative Partnership: Sponsors maintain day-to-day operational control of their services while benefiting from an experienced licensed provider partnership.
Revenue Split: 80/20 model, 80% retained by the sponsor, 20% allocated to our organization for licensing, oversight, and administrative support
