Maysunn Moses-Walker is the CEO, Qualified Developmental Disabilities Professional (QDDP), and Provider of AEM Love, LLC, a licensed Virginia agency offering Sponsored Residential, Community Engagement, and Group Home services for adults with developmental disabilities. With over 22 years of experience in the field, she has built a career defined by compassion, excellence, and a steadfast commitment to empowering individuals to live meaningful, independent lives.

Maysunn holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a concentration in Crisis Counseling and a Master’s degree in Human Services Counseling with a specialization in Life Coaching. This educational background strengthens her ability to combine clinical insight with compassionate leadership, equipping her to provide trauma-informed support, behavioral guidance, and emotional wellness coaching to those she serves and leads.

As a Certified Life Coach, Maysunn extends her work beyond professional care, helping individuals navigate personal growth, healing, and self-discovery through faith-based and evidence-informed strategies. She believes that transformation begins when people feel seen, heard, and supported — and she is dedicated to creating spaces where that transformation can occur.

Under her leadership, AEM Love, LLC has become known for its integrity, person-centered practices, and focus on quality improvement. Maysunn’s approach integrates advocacy, staff mentorship, and community collaboration, ensuring that every individual receives care rooted in respect, dignity, and love.
